What we built
A revenue-maximisation platform across 7 brands powering the FY26 annual operating plan: a scenario simulator, budget-allocation and GTM strategy engine, and a GenAI chat-with-data layer on top.
The outcome
+27% revenue on hair serum with margin up from 30% to 38%; +12% revenue on cooking oil from +10% spend; −26% ops cost on hair oil. The scenario simulator holds 98%+ accuracy.
