Organisation-Wide GPT for Enterprises
A private organisation-wide GPT grounded in your documents and wired to internal actions: a secure AI assistant for your whole team, backed by a real build.
Problem: Teams want ChatGPT-style help but can't safely use public tools with internal knowledge and systems.
What we build: A private assistant grounded in company documents, wired to internal actions, with access controls.
Outcome: Staff self-serve answers and routine actions safely, cutting repetitive load on IT, HR and ops.
Every team now wants a ChatGPT-style assistant, but pointing staff at public tools with internal knowledge is a security and accuracy problem. An organisation-wide GPT gives them the same experience safely: grounded in your documents, wired to internal actions, and governed by your access controls. Here’s the problem and the build behind a real deployment.
The problem
Employees waste hours hunting for answers that exist somewhere (a policy, a process, a past ticket) and IT, HR and ops field the same repetitive questions endlessly. The obvious fix, a public LLM, is unsafe: it doesn’t know your internal knowledge, and feeding it that knowledge risks leaking it. So teams either forbid the tools (and lose the productivity) or use them unofficially (and take on the risk). What’s missing is an assistant that has the company’s knowledge and respects the company’s boundaries.
What we build
We build a private, organisation-wide assistant grounded in your documents via retrieval, so it answers from your actual policies and knowledge with citations, and wired to internal actions (raising a request, checking a roster, routing a ticket) with access controls so people only see what they should. That’s RAG for knowledge plus scoped, logged agent actions for tasks, running in your environment. Every action is logged and reversible, high-stakes steps keep a human in the loop, and the whole thing is evaluated before go-live so answers are trustworthy rather than confidently wrong.
The outcome
The result is a workforce that self-serves: answers from company knowledge in seconds, routine actions handled without a ticket, and IT/HR/ops freed from repetitive Q&A. We’ve shipped this, an organisation-wide GPT alongside leave-management and other agents, giving a whole organisation a safe, useful assistant instead of a risky workaround. It’s one of the clearest early wins in enterprise AI because the productivity drain it removes is felt by everyone, every day.

Questions, answered.
What is an organisation-wide GPT?
It's a private AI assistant for your whole company, grounded in your documents so it answers from your actual knowledge, wired to internal actions like raising a request, and governed by access controls, running safely in your environment.
How is it safer than using public ChatGPT?
It runs in your environment with your access controls, answers from your governed documents with citations, and logs every action. Internal knowledge never has to leave your boundary, unlike pasting it into a public tool.
What can an organisation-wide GPT actually do?
Answer questions from company policies and knowledge, and take scoped internal actions (routing a ticket, checking a roster, raising a request) with a human in the loop on high-stakes steps. Finzarc shipped exactly this alongside leave-management agents.
