The challenge
There was no digital measure of delivery turnaround time — the gap between invoicing and delivery — and delivery confirmation was manual, with no location proof.
What we built
A multilingual driver app: SAP embeds a QR on each invoice; the driver scans it at the destination and the app compares the customer’s stored location with the driver’s live location — inside the threshold auto-marks delivered, outside gets flagged and logged. First-time, duplicate, out-of-threshold and missing-geolocation cases all captured.
The outcome
Delivery TAT digitized end-to-end with geolocation-verified confirmation — duplicates, out-of-threshold deliveries and missing-geolocation customers captured systematically.
